Page 1: Delicious strawberries as a cancer fighter? Yes!

To me, strawberries flat out ROCK as an anti-cancer warrior—seriously. For one, they’re loaded with those powerful antioxidants called anthocyanins! And those babies can help “roadblock” cancer cells from forming—great stuff, right? A HUGE reason why I love including strawberries in my own cancer-fighting snacks. By the way:

Research:   Get this–studies show that strawberries can block carcinogenesis (cancer cells forming) and suppress tumor growth. Wow–makes me wanna kiss each lip-smacking berry before popping it in!

My favorite ways to eat strawberries? I enjoy them in creamy mustache-forming smoothies, they’re great sliced over overnight oats–but I can’t lie. THEE best way’s when they’re freshly rinsed after grabbing them from the farmer’s market. Yep, I love eating strawberries in a bowl–with nothing else! Yeah I know–I’m so boring! 😌

Page 2: Avocados as a food that fights cancer…

I love calling avocados jewels since they’re rich, creamy, and loaded with cancer-fighting phytochemicals and monounsaturated healthy fats. They are such an incredible superfood!

Amazing avocados are also packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber, all needed when working to heal your body from cancer and chronic diseases.

I love avocado as a cancer fighter—why? Get this: these gems are loaded with monounsaturated fatty acids—and? It lowers inflammation! Which rocks since lowering inflammation makes avocados highly protective against chronic diseases including cancer!

Research:  whoa–avocado’s powerful! A nurses health study showed that women who had the most vitamin E (that major antioxidant in avocado) saw a 43% reduction in breast cancer. Thank you avocado!

My favorite ways to eat avocados? I love them sliced over salads! They’re also YUM when mixed with chocolate and rolled into homeade truffles…YUM!
