Delicious strawberries as a cancer fighter? Yes!
To me, strawberries flat out ROCK as an anti-cancer warrior—seriously. For one, they’re loaded with those powerful antioxidants called anthocyanins! And those babies can help “roadblock” cancer cells from forming—great stuff, right? A HUGE reason why I love including strawberries in my own cancer-fighting snacks. By the way:
Research: Get this–studies show that strawberries can block cancer cells from forming and suppress tumor growth. Wow–makes me wanna kiss each lip-smacking berry before popping it in!
My favorite ways to eat strawberries? I enjoy them in creamy mustache-forming smoothies, they’re great sliced over overnight oats–but I can’t lie. THEE best way’s when they’re freshly rinsed after grabbing them from the farmer’s market. Yep, I love eating strawberries in a bowl–with nothing else! Yeah I know–I’m so boring! 😌
