Who is Nita Riggs Samuels…what’s my story?
I love plenty of reading and writing about health and healing our bodies–I love it! So how did I get here? Well, I’ve always been a writer, since the days of watching the Superfriends and Scooby Doo on Saturday mornings (in the 1970’s at age 7). So why do I now focus on writing and health and wellness?
Well, here it is: it’s been 11+ years since my own 2011 brain tumor explosion. An emergency brain surgery. And a diagnosis of grade II astrocytoma brain cancer. Want more details? Feel free to read about what happened…
